Ensim Server accounts have Mailscanner installed by default.
If you get a email with the subject : [Blocked Content] Original email subject here
body like :

Warning: Please read the "yoursite-Attachment-Warning.txt" attachment(s) for
more information.
and an attachment like :
This is a message from the MailScanner E-Mail Virus Protection Service

The content is dangerous as it is often used to spread viruses or to gain

It means that you had a email that triggered the mailscanner off. This email contains details of what to do if you want to retrieve the email, or you can ignore the email and the mail will be deleted.
We can turn mail scanner off on your site if you like and mail will be delivered unchecked to your accounts. Please open a support ticket if you would like that turned off.
