We made a change 2 weeks ago and the final bit was this morning,
If you can not access your domain or mail an dthe nameservers are listed as ns2.webnowhosting.com and ns1.webnowhosting.com, these nameservers are redundant,
they need to be changed to
ns3.hostingoz.net.au and ns4.hostingoz.net.au
This is done at the domain register or you can email us your domain registry login details so that we can do this for you

Some telstra network clients are reporting issues with accessing possum server, this is a intermitant issue with some telstra clients only and not a server issue, we are working to get this resolved

update 3.20pm telstra have resolved the issue

Emu Server is experiencing some load issues caused by a spam influx, which is affecting some mail issues. The issue is being worked on at present and we expect  to be rectified shortly.
